Terms and Conditions of Rental

Rental Period

The rental period will be Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time 11am.

Delays

If due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to arrive on the day or time arranged, please notify us immediately by telephone.

Reservations, Booking Deposit & Payment

Reservations enquires should be made either by Telephone or email. A booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. To confirm the booking you will be requested to complete and return a booking form together with a non-refundable €100 deposit (per week).

Balance of Payment

You will be required to pay the balance of the booking fee without further notification 6 weeks prior to the letting period. If this payment is not received on time, we will consider the renter in breach of contract and therefore cancel the booking.

Security Deposit

You will be required to pay a €150 security deposit on check-in. This deposit is refundable in full within one week of departure provided the property is left in a reasonable condition. This deposit may also be used in the event of loss, damage or breakages. All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all persons take out adequate travel insurance for their needs. We cannot be responsible for the costs if you fail to do so. The insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your holiday arrangements or if you incur any emergency or unforeseen expenses. The personal liability cover provided should also meet the cost of any damage or breakages incurred during your holiday period. It is advisable to take out a policy at the same time as booking to ensure cover if you have to cancel for whatever reason.

Cancellations and Non Arrivals

In the event of a cancellation by you, notice must be given within twenty-eight days days. Otherwise the deposit is fortified. In the event that we are obliged to cancel a reservation, all booking monies will be refunded.

Rights of Access

The owners reserve the right of entry to the accommodation at any time for service or repairs.

Loss of Accommodation

If, for whatever reason, the accommodation booked, is not available, the liability of the owners in no circumstances exceeds a refund in excess of monies paid.

Liability

The owners will not accept any liability for the person or property of any person using the property.

Corporate and Vacation Accommodation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking which may, in our opinion, be incompatible with the conception of corporate or vacation self catering accommodation. If the stated numbers are exceeded we reserve the right to terminate the rental.

Party Size

Under no circumstance may more than the maximum number of guests as detailed in the booking occupy the property. We reserve the right to refuse admission if this condition is not observed and the holiday cost will be forfeited.

Room Contents

A list of contents of each room is available within that room. Please ensure that they are there on arrival and departure.

Extras

No additional charge is made for the normal use of electricity or linen. Should you exceed the normal requirements, or have any specific requirements, a charge will be agreed.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
